 Internationality
IMWe is an INTERNATIONAL scout event. Every year there are about 60-100
scouts from all over Europe and the world at the creative week.
Creativity
The IMWe programme is designed to get the most out of the participants.
The programme points make every single person to be creative and participate
in a "playing" manner. There is no pressure, no time concerns
or what so ever. Creativity is one main pillar, that can focus on many
different areas. E.g. handycrafts, theatre, music, games, performance,
concerts, etc.
Scouting
IMWe is part of VCP (Verband
Christlicher Pfadfinder - Germany). It is a scout event, where - like
at all other scout camps - people get together from different cultures
and have one common vision: SCOUTING.
Friendship
Every year, lots of ever lasting friendships are made. See for yourself,
how people meet and what events they do together, even after year of meeting

Objectives
IMWe aims to bring together scout leaders from Europe (and even from all
over the world)
- for an uplifting experience
- for new motivation and ideas for the work at home
- to exchange ideas, experiences and skills
- to establish international connections (for future exchange projects,
international activities etc.)
- to practise intercultural communication and living
- to stimulate awareness of their own and other cultures
- to reflect and present the own cultural background
- to train soft skills: communication, team work, presentation
- to learn traditional skills
- to promote creative work, arts, crafts and music in scout groups
as cultural learning
- to train methods of theme-oriented youth work
